Terms and Conditions

Membership fee's are payable in advance for the week ahead and are paid to grant access to available workouts within the LEAP Fitness network for the time period paid for. Payments and workouts are not transferrable or accumulative. These membership fees are payable whether members attend workouts or not.

Class times, days and venues may change from time to time at the discretion of LEAP Fitness and notice of these changes will be provided to members via email at least 24 hours prior to these changes.

Cancellation can be done at any time from our website and there are no additional fees or penalties for cancellation.

Refunds will not be offered for any payments already processed. It is the member's responsibility to cancel their membership and any payments to LEAP Fitness should they wish to do so.

Members agree to respect and comply with the rules of LEAP Fitness as instructed by the Trainer or Affiliate provider and to treat all staff and other members courteously. No abuse of any kind towards staff or other members will be tolerated and membership may be cancelled if this is violated.

LEAP Fitness reserves the right to cancel a member’s membership for any reason with immediate effect and will only reimburse membership fee’s up to the last payment.

Exercise activity can be risky and can cause injury and even death. It is the members responsibility to speak with their doctor prior to starting with LEAP Fitness to ensure that they have medical clearance to exercise. It is also the members responsibility to alert LEAP Fitness to any health concerns prior to commencing exercise activities.

The member acknowledges and agrees that they are voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and facilities with the knowledge of the dangers involved.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and the use of facilities and equipment owned and/or under the control of LEAP Fitness and affiliate providers, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge LEAP Fitness Limited from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in LEAP Fitness activities to the maximum extent permissible by New Zealand law.
